NOMINATIONS 2010

British Columbia’s Career Development Award of Excellence is presented by the Career Management Association of BC to honour inspirational leadership and excellence in career development.   

Three awards categories exist:

  • Individual
  • Team
  • Organization

Do you know an individual, team or organization who:

  • Inspires others through their outstanding achievement and commitment to career development in British Columbia?
  • Consistently demonstrates competency and ethical behaviour? Provides excellent programs and services to their clients?
  • Has established and evaluated program outcomes to maintain quality service for groups and individuals?

This is your opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the excellence and leadership qualities of the individual, group or organization in the BC’s Career Development sector.

These prestigious awards will be presented at BC’s 13th Annual Career Development Conference March 8 & 9, 2009 at the Marriott Pinnacle Hotel, Vancouver, BC. Conference and details are available at www.bccma.ca/conference.asp.

CALL FOR POST CONFERENCE SUBMISSIONS 2010

 

The BC Career Development Association (formerly CMA / ENET) welcomes submissions for Post Conference Sessions at CDC 2010.

  • Submission deadline is Friday, November 13, 2009
  • Please send electronic applications only to info@bccma.ca.  A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you within a week of completion
  • Please ensure completeness of the application, incomplete applications will not be considered (this includes completing and e-mailing a proposed budget to info@bccma within a week of submitting your application)

CDC Presenter Policies and Guidelines


By submitting an application to present at CDC 2010 you are agreeing to abide by the following Presenter Policies and Guidelines:

  • Career Development Conference Presentation Submission Policy

  • Submitting a CDC Presentation Proposal Policy


The BC Career Development Association invites you to submit proposals for consideration at BC’s annual Career Development Conference (CDC).

Submissions should include completed Call for Presenters Application form, with all information correctly filled out. BCCDA reserves the right to disregard incomplete or inappropriate forms, or request further information if required. The 2009 Standards and Guidelines Competencies Booklet is included in Presenters Application form on pages 9-10.
